Toby is a great drilling superintendent/ company man  and we have successfully drilled 79 wells together across the Delaware and Midland basin. Any time drilling issues arise, Toby is always on top of it and has always used his expertise to get us out of these situations. Toby is a very loyal employee with many years of drilling under his belt and I would recommend him to any company. Not only on the drilling side, Toby has extensive knowledge of location building and has helped us with frac consulting, drill out consulting, and work over consulting. When drilling wells for you, he will follow the drilling program to a tee but also suggest a better or more efficient way to make the drilling process run smoother and quicker. He is very good about knowing what regulatory agencies need to be contacted and when during the entire drilling process , and will make sure that him and his company men will document every interaction with them. Again, he is very good at taking care of drilling issues and working together with his company man and everyone on location to get those issues solved and get back to typical drilling operations. Whether it is lost circulation issues, downhole tool issues, fishing operations, issues running casing, having to side track, and many others  he has helped us over the past 10 years succeed at our drilling operations while keeping safety at the upmost importance.
Any time during our operations, if anything gets off Track, Toby has the expertise to get everything lined out and get back to smooth drilling operations. He will also notify you on anything that is not going as planned and will always make sure that you are aware of what’s going on at location. Even if he is running 2 rigs and running casing on both of those wells, him and his crew will make sure to keep up to date. Also over the past 10 years we have come to trust Toby because of his expertise in the drilling side and has always came back to work for us every time we called even though we had multiple shutdowns. He has strong loyalty to his operator and will do everything he can to make sure the wells succeed.
